At White Orange Software we stay committed to exceed client expectations. Contrary to other IT solutions providers who guarantee more and deliver less, we deliver what we promise. We start work on our client’s project by analyzing its details and at the same time discuss with the client about the project’s scope, requirement, business goals, project cost, etc.

We then create detailed documentation about the project and furnish a features list for client approval. Once the project goals are clear to us and we identify with each of our client’s expectations, we give the go ahead to submit a formal estimate to our client. Additionally, we keep our client updated at regular intervals on project development from start to finalization.

Candidates should be BSC/MSC/BE/MCA, or equivalent, to apply with White Orange Software. We also consider candidates undergoing Post Graduation Diploma courses like CDAC or CDAC equivalent courses.

2 years experience: Written General Aptitude Test; Technical Test and Practical Test (Both Skill-set specific) 3 to 5 years experience: General Aptitude – Technical Test (Skill-Set specific)

In addition to performing in written tests, your school/college score percentage will be the key factors in processing of your application. Candidates deemed successful will be given an appointment to appear for one more round of technical interview.

5+ years of experience: 2 rounds of Technical Interview.

Candidates completing technical interviews successfully will appear for HR Interview.
