Business Development Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business leads, implementing lead generation strategies, creating compelling proposals, and driving the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads across multiple channels.
  • Experiment with new lead generation techniques, channels, and tools to optimize the lead acquisition process.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of new prospects and convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to continuously increase the number of high-quality leads.
  • Track performance of lead-generation campaigns, assess results, and suggest improvements to drive more qualified leads.
  • Prepare tailored, high-quality proposals based on client requirements, showcasing how our solutions meet their needs.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to maintain momentum and close sales.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Regularly analyze customer feedback and market trends to anticipate future client needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ Years of experience.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certification in sales methodologies or training programs is a bonus.
  • Proven track record of Lead Generation.
  • Experience in writing & presenting tailored proposal.
  • Sales Acumen.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with TypeScript for better code structure and maintainability.
  • Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Context API, or Vuex.
  • Familiarity with SASS, LESS, or similar CSS preprocessors.
  • Experience with testing libraries like Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or React Testing Library
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for translating designs into code.
  • Basic understanding of Node.js for handling server-side tasks and full-stack integration.
